Really cheap 30 Serving C4. They're all clumped batch. I called in and asked about if this compromises the quality and they said absolutely not. The packaging might just look a little bloated due to the chem reactions of some Amino Acids with Heat but nothing to worry about.

I have no idea when did I buy a pre workout in the last year made for Aussie market that I felt the tingling and pumps. Ingredients that are allowed to be used e has been so curbed down that I don't want to spend a single dollar on Aussie market made pre workouts anymore.
Where do you buy yours from, any particular products you'd suggest? I've been using C4 for years personally and find them to be give me the cleanest pump, Jack3D used to be good with the old formula but now not so much.
A lot of other pre's have actually made me throw up due to a chemically feel and taste, not 100% on the science behind it.
The tingling sensation is just from beta alanine which is cheap and plentiful and you can even buy it on its own. Supposedly increases nitric oxide for pumps.
True story; a friend of mine scoffed down a tablespoon of beta alanine thinking it was just one of my potions, an hour later she still didn't know why she was itchy.
Lol that could have gone down way worse - I have beta, citrulline malate, creatine, caffeine, and dmaa sitting in packets and tubs and are all white powders
