How much do these go for in china?

    • $8 for shipping and maybe you can sell it online for $30/can.

    • Most of the Aussie brands are now sold in China, even woolworths australia has a Chinese webstore. But yea lots of Chinese buy from foreigners and in HK due to no tax.

      • Chemist warehouse is selling A2 about $60 per can on Chinese Website. Business!

  • When the formula is going to expired?

    • Sorry, forgot to write that in - mid-June. Will edit the post

      • Drink it quick!

This is a great deal for all the Chinese buyers reselling.

But a great price none the less for all the people struggling financially… which is all of us these days i guess.

    • If you're struggling, then perhaps you shouldn't have children.

      • The point of children is to have as many as possible so that each one can give back 10-15% of their income so you can retire.

    ni hao

  • You will see such deals everymonth from now on as blackmores and bellamys got millions of tins unsold due to chinese government policy change in between.
Eventhough chinese government backflipped on that policy change, damage is already done to local market.

    • The most popular right now is A2 Platinum 2 and 3. They sell out instantly at supermarkets. The chinese camp the store. They know what time each store puts out their new stock (it's different for every store) and send people there, and then move to the next store on the schedule.

It's easy now because the limit is 10 per customer. Back when it was 2 per customer, they needed the whole family to work as a team (back then a tin sold for more than $200). They'd send a person to every store, and if one of them sees the stock getting replenished, they call the entire army over, and each person buys 2 tins. Now it only takes 2-3 people max to empty a store's supply of A2.

The suppliers and supermarkets have messed up the pricing. It should be based on supply and demand. If something can sell out within seconds, the price is too low. Or the limit per customer is too high. The formula makers could make so much extra money if they just charged double for it.
