your right, in essence it is a new comp .. just one you can not enter again for some unknown reason. so posting it again is all good :) just an fyi for those who entered it previously
yeah, they obviously didn't update the form..
note: this seems to be the same competition as here although they have updated their terms to show new start/finish dates. if you entered the previous one then it will state you are already entered in this one (although i doubt the entry carries on)
