Different, shorter battery life but has a charging clip which extends it, much smaller in size. Both have to charge through a charging clip, X3's charging clip does not have its own battery, although the X3 has a much longer battery life.
Great price, although JB matched Amazon (incl delivery) at about $149 for my X3's so worth an ask if you're thinking X3's
Great battery life on the X3's, word is the Freedoms ~ 3 or 4 hours, X3's 6-8 hours.
Wait isn't Amazon American. How are they able to match AUD against USD
So for me I showed the JB staff member my order (which shows in $AU and includes delivery), it was AU$143.23 or something and JB said would $150 be ok, I said yep and cancelled the Amazon order!
Would you mind posting an image of the receipt for the X3s so that I can show it to them instore? I think due to the exchange rate the cost from Amazon has risen a bit.
In ear "headphones"
Canalphones.
I've been using these for a few months. Great bluetooth headphone. Small size, decent sound, decent battery.
These are nice and compact, but really uncomfortable. Read reviews before purchase.
Getting the right fit is CRITICAL.
I find with the Comply foam tips (included), they are super comfy and with the neck cord adjusted right and using my upside-down around ear method I can hardly tell they are there!
Good call though, read reviews before taking the plunge.
I run the same setup; around the neck and over the ear with comply tips. Fits perfectly.
Yes. I agree.
I am just really fussy and have weird ears!
Oh, and I am an in-ear headphone whore. ;)
All the foam tips that came with my X2s split shortly after I started wearing them.
Disappointing considering I only use them once or twice a week - if I'm not feeling lazy!
Ones that came with the X3's are still going solid after daily use for 4 months.
Try compressible ear plugs, they only cost $1 and you can get two sets out of a pack. I used to use them on my BlueBuds, not pretty but effective.
Thanks, I may have to as I'm struggling with the ones I'm using. I assume eBay for the ones your referring to?
I use something like these - https://www.bunnings.com.au/3m-safety-class-3-disposable-21d…
Cut em in half, pierce the centre. Stretch the centre bit over the ear bit and wait for the compression to re-expand the foam - then they're good to go in ya ears :)
You might find they provide more isolation than the genuine comply ones so be wary on the road and so on :)
I definately wouldn't have thought of that and assumed buying pre-made ones was very the only option. Learnt something new today!
Thanks for the tip.
damn I missed out
Good as the x3?
