I highly doubt they've learnt anything from their past mistakes because I've just been tearing my hair after speaking with their customer support online right now. I'm still waiting for my case to be finalised on an item I never received. Tracking clearly shows item was returned back to the seller but their support blatantly lies that item is in transit. I had to involve PayPal to get my case heard. Avoid these guys if you really want your item!
