I got this iron last time around. Good iron, but didn't get my $50 cashback. I ordered online and Braun refused the receipt that myer sends as confirmation, sent back and forth between the two support teams trying to get an official tax invoice from myer and Braun excepting it. Finally Myer said that that's all they can provide and Braun wouldn't accept it. Just a heads up for anyone thinking of buying.

Has anyone talked to Myer or Braun to confirm this is valid? (I tried 3 stores but got the runaround from Myer.

Myer has advertised the cashback on their page and also if you did go through the register process for the claim, you will see that Myer is on the drop down box of the retailer where you purchase from.

Anyone use this iron before? Feedback? My old steam iron from Aldi doesn't do the job and everything is back to wrinkly once I move to next section.
There is good review from: Choice Magazine Review on Steam Irons (Page 50 April 2017) - where a higher model (T765) was rated the best. As an ozbargainer I read on emagazine from local library.
Some bad reviews on the higher model (T765) is found in the Myer website - noting that it dies in 2 years. Also it is pricier.
