In store there was signage showing 30% off, but when I made my purchase it was 40% off in total. VERY CHEAP.
This may be a pricing error, so grab it if and while you can.

Confirming this was a store error. Today iTunes cards were 30% off from the same store.
Hopefully there are other stores in SA offering 30% off too.
I purchased one, then upon seeing the price, purchased another through another checkout. Same thing with the voda 10% on both registers.

This error occurs occasionally but it seems to be limited to certain states and generally fixed pretty quickly.

I work for Woolies and this would definitely not be a 'clerk error', as clerks aren't allowed to discount products, they done automatically by the checkout, so any additional discount would be an error in the system. So that's why I guess this is only happening at a few stores and it would probably be quickly fixed.

woolies is pretty good about canceling stuff, if you were to tell them before paying that you don't have your wallet they should be able to cancel the voucher.

it was a bargain that the OP shared as soon as possible regardless of how the bargain is achieved. Deals do not have to be National to be considered a deal. This posting is better than other users who are aware of a deal and only mention it in another thread once the deal is over. It was worth sharing in the likelihood that someone else may benefit from his/her discovery. + for effort that many others do not even consider. Does not warrant a negative vote IMHO but each is entitled to their own

I agree. I tried a LOT of stores. Ended up getting a "non-safeway" store to get close to price matching. Got 25% off $100 worth of vouchers.
Guys i can confirm i just was at chullora woolworths NSW, they had 20% off and the receipt came up with the extra 10% vodafone offer, so all up 30%
Yeah, the vodafone discount is the error I think…I doubt this would work in other stores…Looks like a clerk error.
