I think if you buy one they add an extra scoop at no cost..
I do not think you get a whole new scoop in a cone…

  that's my understanding on this offer. but imagine this, u get 2 scoops ice cream at the price of 1. That's awesome enough for me. :)

    True but it's not as earth-shattering a discount as half price. One scoop is $4.00 and two scoops is $5.40 or thereabouts. Still I didn't pass up the $1.40 saving when the previous coupon came out.
    
    They may not give you another cone but I think if you ask they wouldn't object to giving you another paper cup.
