  • I really like Anolon products. Can anyone comment/recommend these skillets?

  • +2

Yes I have a few of their skillets ….. They are very good but need the same care as any other non stick product but has thicker base than most in this price range ……Often 50% off at Myer and DJ.

    Hi,
Very interested but can you offer a deal on the 32cm version https://www.cookwarebrands.com.au/anolon-authority-32cm-open…
    THanks.

      Not today Alister ;)

      1. cm …… need a very wide burner or an induction cook top to get even heat to the edges ….. my 32 non stick doesn't get used much as its like a heat sink…….

Awesome pan. I keep mine wrapped in a tea-cloth and only ever use on low-med heat for eggs and other non-stick recipes.

Thanks a lot! Very good deal :D Been looking for a 25cm pan for a while now

  • Just trying to get an idea of the size; is 25cm measured on base or rim?

    • +1

      Hi Omoidasu,

pan measurements are from the rim of the pan. In general terms most pans 'lose' a couple of centimetres off the size of the rim. Hope that helps.

      Cheers,

      CWB
