FIFA 17 is now available for download and play in the EA Vault.
EA Access membership is required.

Pity half the games don't interest me.
Even then it's great value when you can get a full years membership for $25-30.
And that's expected. Not every game appeals to everyone.
But it's great considering you get access to a sizeable library, for less than what GTA V costs.
The good news is that there is a better than average chance that Titanfall 2, Battlefield 1, and/or Mass Effect Andromeda will be added in the next 12 months too.

There are 47 games in the EA Access Vault. It's probably the best deal on Xbox One.
