Samsung pay is hopeless anyway, only Westpac and Citibank support it so far.
Amex also supports it in Australia.

LG Urbane 2nd Edition LTE. Best Bang for buck at the moment since they are running them out in favour of the Sport and Style. Only thing the newer ones has over the old is a newer Processor that has a slightly better battery life. But it is more than twice as expensive given the price drop.
You dont have much choice for Cellular enabled Wear/Tizen that actually has a physical SIM slot.
