Seems to be a great price for both products on PC, Mac download is even cheaper @ $74.99!

You can also get discs shipped for ~$7 more (although why you'd want to I don't know, but options are good!)

    Yes. Premiere can edit video. Not as powerful as the full blown products but Elements provides a co prehensive range of functions that covers most amateur video needs.
