Referring to the bargain above, I placed an order with Woolworths and at the end it said my purchase was successful. I used the cashrewards link to buy it and even they sent me a tracking email acknowledging the purchase. The problem though was that I never received an email from Woolworths confirming or declining my order so I decided to check with their customer support today….lo and behold they told me the order never went through. When asked for an explanation, they just said they could not locate the purchase as my number is not registered with them even though I opted for my number to be ported over.
At least I only lost a little bit of money and only bought a phone case. For those that share a similar situation like me, check with them!
How many emails did you get? I called them up and said it was successfully processed, although I did not get a confirmation email.
