NMS was the first game I EVER pre-ordered. Paid $89 from EB and traded it in less than a week later. Utter, utter bullshit!
I got NMS for like $20 last week on Playstation store.
I have seen Hitman for $37 on both steam and PS store in the last month. And I have seen Rocket league lower plenty of times (and i got it free ;) ) so Im not sure these are the best deals.
