    Rib fillet.
    That's what I have always called it.
    Is it maybe scotch fillet, or is that porterhouse?

      It doesn't look like porterhouse, seems a bit hard to find mention of that cut outside QLD, it's a bit of an enigma to us southeners

        I've only known it as rib fillet, and I'm originally from Melb.
        Scotch fillet is the other name

  Bought a lot of the silverside. The rib fillet was terrible quality and just mainly fat wasn't impressed.
