    Quality is decent

the quality is horrible, they are super thin, the prints are crap and uneven, unless they have improved recently, these shirts are not even worth buying.

I haven't bought for a few years, my old ones are still going strong though - prints are still good, and the shirts havent stretched or gone out of shape. Disappointing to hear the quality may have dropped.

      • Same for me. My old ones are still good.

I've got both old and recent Threadless shirts. The old shirts seriously lasted years they were such good quality. The new on the other hand are terrible. I stopped buying from them because of this. Such a shame.

That being said, id be more than happy for someone to tell me that the quality has improved?

  • I bought some a few years ago - gotta say the print is shocking. very pale and poor quality. Looks nothing like it does on screen. Fit is awful for the t-shirts and the cotton is the cheapest you could possibly find. the website looks so appealing but don't expect quality. Kmart/target printed t-shirts are WAY better quality. So unless you are desperate for that cute quirky design, I'd steer clear if i were you. You have been warned.

Has anyone bought from them in past 12 months?. several years ago i last bought from them the shirts were thin n cheap. apparently they decided to have them made in India and in their words….always looking to improve quality. said shirts I complain73rd about compared to those I bought years back were light years apart. I'm interested to know if they have improved?

Echoing the old vs recent comments; also curious to hear from anyone who's bought in the past 6-12 months….

  • We used to buy heaps of threadless stuff, then the quality became very hit & miss (fabrics, not print) so we largely took a break. Bought some before Chrissy tho' and they were good. The cuts weren't as great (or to my taste) as the 'good ol days' (women's anyway). Word of warning though, order a size or two up in women's tees (I take XL in these and am about a size 12 here) and unisex sweats (I don't like wearing 'fitted' styles though). The men's tees seem more true to size.

I've never had a problem with the print fading, and the new ones are no exception. I always wash them inside out.

  • Messaged Threadless about where their t shirts are made now. Only answer i got was they used Anvil Tees for their products now. No indication of which country though.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gildan_Activewear

Seems Gildan (i quite like Gildan t shirts) owns both Anvil and AA (previous supplier of tshirts — on a forum there was issues with AA — and it seemed afterwards the dodgy t shirt quality appeared)….Remains to be seen if the current t shirts they sell are up to scratch….

No one has bought from them in the last 12 months?.

    • See my comment directly above yours. I bought some a few months ago and have no complaints re the quality of fabric or print

      • Cheers. Thanks for the confirmation.

  • I'm wearing one right now, bought around 4 months ago. Cotton is not thin but the shape might not hold perfectly.
They're far from amazing quality but for the price I feel its good enough.
