do they actually not have it in stock?

    • Please elaborate re in stock/not? Also has anyone got an opinion on taste please?

      • I don't actually understand the original comment . if you click on the links then it shows in stock. hence "in stock" and not "not in stock".

Are you sure that it is not not not in stock? hehe

@Peck: I am definitely not unsure as to whether there is not no stock

  • Bought as per this post https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/295406
Thought it was reasonable wine for the price.

Let them breath, and put in the fridge whilst breathing, can make an average red wine very drinkable :)

or follow the 12/3 rule* (which got me through uni)

buy 2 bottles of wine. one worth $12 and one worth $3. drink the former first and by the time you get to opening the latter you won't be able to tell the difference.

so buy some reasonable wines to preclude the consumption of these.

*these prices reflect me being at uni in the 90s

        • Shoot! A comment with * (T's and C's) hehe!

Need to repeat cheap French wine for $3 a bottle a deal from ages ago.

    • +1

that was awesome. also the inexpensive Spanish sparkling.

It's worth $3. Well chosen $12 wine is so much better. Random $12 bottles not so much so.

There are bargains out there, but you generally get what you pay for to a fair degree (within a given style which you may or may not like.)

Especially if corkage is 'per bottle' hehe!
