FREE COVER YOUR LOAD TARP PROMOTION*
As part our ongoing Cover your load litter prevention initiative, the City of Whittlesea is giving eligible residents the opportunity to receive one free plastic reusable tarp.
State law requires trailer loads be covered with tarpaulin before visiting Wollert Landfill or Cooper Street Recycling Precinct.
To claim your tarp visit the Civic Centre Customer Service Desk or Epping Works Depot Reception and present proof of residency in the of Whittlesea.
*Terms and conditions: the promotion is open to eligible City of Whittlesea residents only. Residents must present either a driver's licence, a utility bill or oriinal 2016/17 Rates Notice to be eligible to claim their tarp. A limit of one tarp per household apples. Tarps are designed to fit a standard single-axle trailer 6ft x 8ft (1.8m x 2.4m) and will be available until stock runs out. Cover your load is supported by the City of Whittlesea and funded by the Victorian Government Litter Hotspot Program.
