For the last 2 years I used InsurendGo because in my case they had the best price. Don't forget to do your own research. I claimed only once, took a while but I got a fair compensation.
They are cheap for a reason. Had bad experience with them.

Make sure you shop around. I'm looking for insurance for upcoming travel to US, and SCTI is significantly cheaper than InsureandGo.

They charge a $100 excess on every type of claim, so if you get sick AND miss your flight thats $100 excess on each, if items gets stolen whilst your visiting the Dr thats another $100 excess!
When buying the policy you can reduce the excess to $0, costs a bit more, but I think it is worth it. Same with any other company - low/0 excess - higher premium, high excess - lower premium, the choice is yours.

Be careful if you intend to insure anything that is second hand. I was denied claims on my camera equipment because I didn't have original purchase receipts even though I had full photographs of all the serial numbers and collection in a photo before I left. Claims process is also significantly longer than other companies that I have dealt with. They are cheap for a reason. Since I was only claiming possessions and I can no longer trust them for that, don't know how anyone would feel trusting them with a medical claim…
