    • I hope not, I own two already.

  • +1 for the deal. Snooping at your receipt I noticed you purchased the kids choc milk for $1 each. My Woolworths only has the plain - who wants plain!

Umm not that I can see. This Cheerilee MLP comes with a teaching easel

    • Dawww Cheerilee!
I'll be stopping at woolworths after work.

  • How hard is it to rotate a photo?

    • Yeah noticed it uploaded that way. I agree it's totally annoying having to turn your phone 90 degrees. Trying to fix it now

      • I agree these toys are really low quality.

    • There you go ;) you just saved numerous ozbargainers having to turn their phones 90 degrees to the left lol

      • That's a great idea. Next time I'll just pick up my monitor and rotate it.

Back in the 80s we would have simply described them as young poofters that play with girls' toys. Can't say that any more due to pc reasons, but it is the simple truth.

        • Yeah but back in the 80's. there were things targeted at a gender.
This really isn't, believe it or not.
That new pony series is something I've watched.
          I don't go to conventions, or role play, or any of that shit;
You can call me a 'Brony' all you want, but really, I just enjoy cartoons, all of them; this one isn't above or below the others. If I had a favorite, it'd probably still be Avatar: The Last Air Bender.

People ask why; mainly because I have a very serious high pressure job, so if I'm going to waste time in fromt of the idiot box, bright colours and happy or funny stories are all i'm chasing. I get enough drama and seriousness at work.

The show looked funny. Turns out it was.

This new series is in the similar strain to things like Pixar movies, or Dreamworks animation.
If you liked Shrek, or Toy Story, or Finding Nemo, or any of that stuff, the adult humor and mix of complex and simple story would actually end up being right up your alley.

That said, if you're not a fan of cartoons, then, there's no point.
Move along, nothing to see here.

There are some people who take that shit too far, but enjoying some escapism?
Meh, they're really no different than a medieval re-enactor, or someone who takes their "world of warcraft" characters 'life' seriously.

Escapism bro, some people need it.

        • @MasterScythe:
Hey I'm all for escapism and I all for marriage equality live and let live. Absolutely!
Have you actually had a good look at the Brony vids on YouTube? They are young men dressing up as ponies and playing with girls toys. There is a big sexual side to their group too. They call that "Cloppers" right? Dressing up as ponies and rooting - presumably each other.
Sure they definitely have the right to be that and play with ponies. They also seem to kind of enjoy the amount their behavior annoys other people.

If you are constantly attracted to this too, I can honestly say that you are deceiving yourself with nonsense and your best bet is to stop wasting time , get down to your local gay club and get involved. So much healthier.
Australia is a safe country and you will be ok.
          The pony stuff is ridiculous.
