          No we mean that the discount comes with terms and conditions. There is a registration form and you sign up to receive emails from Ben Sherman. This discount does not involve any terms and is openly available to Ozbargain customers.

          I'm really not sure how you came to that conclusion. When I say the offer comes with no terms, it means we are not asking you to do anything in order to redeem the discount.

          Every single customer under Australian law is legally able to make returns????

          @dealhunt: As mentioned previously, the 15% that was previously mentioned is a sign up (registration) discount. So customers will have to register an account, provide their details and will then receive our weekly emails.

          This offer can be redeemed without signing up. You can checkout as a guest if you like.
