Bought few things from sephora. The first time no one home, so I choose the redeliver option. But all the time they provide I won't be home too. Have to choose leave without sign. They got that box, have to tick not covered by loss insurance to proceed. Now it shows online delivered, but I can't find my package, not sure they didn't deliver it at all or some one took it.
Anyone know what can I do in this situation?

Does it get delivered by Auspost regular service? Next time, why not have it delivered to a parcel locker?
Register for an account at Auspost and add a parcel locker to your account. Then use that address as the delivery address and you will get an email and txt to let you know when the parcel has been delivered to the locker.
I think sephora uses couriers please.
Sephora uses courier please, they won't be able to deliver to an Aust Post parcel locker.
Not sure what you can do now, but next time, it might be worth asking if you could pick it up from them directly if they're not too far. I know it beats the purpose of 'delivery', but I guess it depends how important the package is to you.
Doesn't courier please drop off at newsagencies and the like ("POPPoints"). I recently had a parcel go missing from a POPPoint (Newsagency) and contacted them to investigate.
Don't know, I've only used them once (that I remember, for the recent Sephora deal) and I didn't need re-delivery.
Some couriers might have parcel pick up points. Last company the shop I bought from only had their office. Basically, point is, don't allow them to leave without sign.
Pick up place only open mon-fri, don't have time during their hour to pick up.
They didn't ask you/you didn't tell them where they can put the package safely and hidden from public eye?
Id say a passing scumbag stole it. I wish parcels lockers allowed courier deliveries.

Finally got reply for courier, they said may not actually delivered. They need further investigation. Happened last time shopping with sephora as well, showing delivered but actually didn't. That just ridiculous.
Yeah. Share the sentiments. I bought a crapton from the recent Uniqlo sale and my parcel was misplaced. Gave them a call, and they were quite helpful. Eventually located the parcel a few days later and I've been rocking a new T-shirt everyday. :)
Best thing to do is to contact them and explain the situation
