  While the read speeds are the same, the Extreme has a ~60MB/s write speed, whereas the 200gb Ultra tops out at ~20MB/s write speed.

  As stated in description, this Extreme version is better suited for high write speed usage like 4k video recording. If you just want to store music/photos etc, the 200gb Ultra is better value :)
