  Simply order it. When it factors in the delivery location, VATS is removed.

  Some of their items are like that. Instead of being charged £1.29 postage though, there is a higher shipping charge, and postage is not free to UK customers.

I managed to buy a few copies of this game when it was for £7.99 + post. However they are not perfect copies. One was pre-owned. And some had box-cutter damage to the spine. A couple were perfect though.
