  Literally every 2nd car on that site is a Yaris, and they still want $78/day PLUS an ongoing monthly fee PLUS a joining fee. I fail to see how this is economic when rental cars / Uber are fairly easy to access in a city.

    For us, we have no car at the moment and mostly get by with public transport, but on occasion if we need a car we use it.

    Have only used it twice so far.

    Unfortunately as we have a 14 month old, it is the easiest for us. We have at least 3 GoGet cars within a short walking distance. A rental car I would need to get a bus or two or something else to get to and from the rental yard.

    Haven't considered uber with a baby to be honest.

      That's fair enough, your situation is reasonably uncommon, having a baby and no car must be challenging to say the least.

        Yeah, thankfully we have a bus stop only a few hundred of metres from our place!

        But yes, it is last resort for us as I agree it is not very cheap! And like you I wonder who uses them a lot…people obviously do…I see then out and about!
