It's about time they put animal microchips in Lithgow City NSW Council Residents
Hey, I live there! You're… pretty much right :(
Lucky bastards. If we all had the chance we would be microchipped in Lithgow!
Still gotta pay rego though. Another. $150. Bit of a scam.
Microchipping and registering your cat is required by law
They should fine them when they arrive for not having done it sooner.
It is worth the price if you actually care about your dog / cat.
You'll probably say the exact same thing when human's all have to be vaccinated and microchipped.
Humans can communicate and find their way home.
I chipped our pets in the UK where it wasn't legally enforced.. Just a sensible precaution that any caring owner would takeSome humans can….some,Lol.
In saying that my parents once told me they drove 40 mins away from home and got rid of this bastard cat.(terrible I know). To their shock, a week later this cat rocks up to the house. It's paws were worn from the massive distance travelled, but yet it found it's way back home. GPS cat.
As a cat foster parent, I can't upvote this enough!
Thanks, will they do my goldfish?
