Compared to the AU PS+, the Hongkong PS+ membership has a better lineup again for February.
Tales of Zestiria (Chinese only) and God of War 3 HD are also free now as the additional January free games for celebrating the Chinese New year.
Also, from 26th January to 8th February, Hongkong PSN is releasing 12-month membership + 3-month bonus offer, which means paying HK$268 (A$45) for 15 months PS plus membership.
If your Australian credit card was not accepted by HK PSN, you could always purchase prepaid card on Playasia, http://www.play-asia.com/playstation-network-300-hkd-psn-car….

If you just want to play Until Dawn and God of War III for one month, you could buy one month PS plus membership for HK$38 (A$6.5).

  my au ps plus subscription just ended late Jan. & i renew my HK ps plus instead as HK PS plus gives much better deal :) i am playing Alienation recently. not bad since it's free XD

    you can't change anything, you just create ANOTHER account in that region, and then log in with that. You can still play with your AU account but you will lose access to any of the 'free' psn games you downloaded previously.

      I still can switch between 2 accounts right? will take affect my saved game? i'm half way of fallout 4 now, can I continue play it with the new hk account? or i can only play under my au account? thanks

        create a new account in hk psn. use your normal au account to play your fallout 4. no issue. if your fallout 4 is disc version, and you play in hk account. you will create a new save as you login as different user.

  Better off signing up to Asian ps plus through Indonesia, cheaper. Currently they have a deal for 15 months for 350000IDR, ~$35. https://store.playstation.com/#!/en-id/reward_game/playstati… or there is another option with 12 months and the order 1886 or infamous for the same price. You can buy credit from offgamers.com, their conversion is actually pretty good and code is delivered instantly. As a bonus as an Asian ps plus member you can preorder horizon zero dawn for ~$55. I picked up 15 months together with horizon for $104 the other day with ~80000 IDR leftover in my account.

  If you buy a 12 month sub from offgamers can you use that to buy a 12 + 3 month sub off the psn store ? Or you have to buy credits to get the 12 + 3?

    from offgames, you are getting the PSN credit from PSN indonesia, which you can add to your wallet to pay for the subscription of the 12+3 membership.

      Thought the code was specificaly for the 12 month sub but you can also get the credit from them also.
