This is a follow on from the previous PS4 Pro Big W Deal posted here by OriginalDelBoy

Users have had success returning the 3 games as they were individually priced on the receipt, not sure if this new bundle price would be the same.

  take your PS4 console to big w for a refund, you should be able to get $558.97 back. take your games to EB for profit! :D

  Those who cannot refund the games, if you bought the PS4 pro as an upgrade and you still have a PS4 just return the whole bundle to big w and then go to EBGames and trade your standard PS4. They currently have a promo where you trade a PS4 500gb console and the pro comes down to $378…
  I'm thinking I will do this if big w doesn't refund the games

    To be honest you'd be much better off keeping the bundle and selling your PS4 for $200 on Gumtree etc and you'll end up with the PS4 Pro with 3 games for $329.

      Would be a good idea but the hdmi port is stuffed on my console, EBGames will send it off for refurb anyway so in my situation I think this might be best option

        Aus, you could ask someone to kindly upload a screenshot / print screen of their online invoice which had the games listed individually at full prices and give that a go?

        It wasn't the online invoice that had the games listed separately. It was the receipt that game with the delivery which was from the store where the item was packed and shipped. Those receipts have a barcode that is scanned and tracked when returning items. So it will be of no use to you.

        @stratbargain: did that receipt allow you to get a refund because even though it says a round off of 237 on it I wonder if they still did it for you… my receipt has the round off of 1c on it but it also has the prices listed below each game… would that work I wonder??

        They look at the "Promotional Price" of each item and refund based on that. I actually think you'd be better off taking the sealed games to target one at a time and see if you can exchange them for store credit rather than bothering with Big W

        Target's refund policy:

        Computer games, CDs and DVDs must have the original security seal or and shrink wrap is intact.
        If you can’t provide proof of purchase, you will be asked to provide identification for Target exclusive products, containing your full name. We will record your name and form of identification provided, and we’ll offer you an exchange coupon to the value of the current price of that product.

        $157 is the total value of those 3 games at Target.

  Reading Big W's returns policy and their " no fuss returns or exchange" attitude, it says if you have a receipt and the items are in original packaging and are resaleable you can return electrical items (I assume games fall into that category) within 10 days of purchase. May as well give it a go…
  Otherwise I'll just return the whole bundle and trade my console for one at EB and get the console for the same amount as if I was to refund just the games at big w

  No luck with a return of games unfortunately, might try another store but I think I will just refund the bundle and trade my regular PS4 in for a pro…
  Another thing I might be able to try is using an online tax invoice. Would that work? Because I think the invoice only says console on it so I might be able to keep the games and sell them or trade them and make profit?

      Their policy states that change of mind without receipt allows only exchanges, not refunds…
      But my online tax invoice states ONLY the console and no mention of the games, return console, keep games, trade my 500gb PS4 at EB and then either sell off the games or trade them to EB for discount off console or just get a new controller or something

        Went into Big W with the console and games but kept them in a separate bag, used my online tax invoice because it only said PS4 pro 1Tb console… never mentioned the games so they never asked.
        It was a bit of a hassle though because they said it's much easier to go to the store that the console deal was picked from. Because they had hassles last week with refunding an online order they didn't bother with all the mucking around so they did the refund and I kept the games.
        Traded in my PS4 500gb console for the pro at EBGames for 378 and then used the games to trade further… got a PS4 pro for 298… WINNING!!
        Also if you take into account for the 30 dollar refund from Big w as well for the price change issue it really only cost me 268

  Damn, I should've called/emailed Big W like some of the other guys here did. I ordered on the 31st right when this deal got posted so I assumed since everyone else was receiving the games I would too even though their website was constantly changing. After Auspost stuffed up the delivery and sent it to Tasmania by mistake, I finally received my package today but with no bundle, just the console itself :(

      Thanks for the offer mate but all good. I was hoping I would be able to return the games to get a smashing price on the console itself like everyone else but seeing as I won't be able to do that I'm just going to return the console for a refund.
