RRP has been the same for a very long time. Currently, they have a 50% OFF on lifetime access so the final price on the website is $99 so if someone enters the Ambassador ID (1100084) they will get 23% extra discount and the final price will be $76 only!
He's saying that the price was increased by $20 just to accomodate for this "ambassador discount" which bears a $2 saving rather than the 23% you claim, no deal.
Ambassador's (i.e. commission agents) are everywhere for this.

The service is no longer one of the better options for medical students, and the cost you advertise is higher than the regular promotional price Dr Najeeb spammed my inbox with (although I am already a lifetime member) - often between $39 and $59.

Dr Najeeb was great when options were few but in reality his videos are often difficult to listen to, less clinically relevant than other options, and take up too much time which as anyone studying health related degrees knows you cannot afford - eg. he has 3.5 hours of content for the Anatomy of the Inner Ear.
Price is a big factor, lots of free resources exist and many of Dr Najeeb's lecture are online free as is (100+ hours on his YouTube channel).
