This certificate is designed for team leaders, project and program managers, and anyone who wants to help their organization work smarter.
If you’re new to collaborative work management, complete Asana Foundations to learn the essentials of project planning, team communication, and personal productivity. With those skills in hand, you’ll be ready to build on them here.
In this program, you’ll learn how to build and manage workflows for your team, apply automations, and create dashboards to measure success. You'll also learn research-backed strategies to help your teams adopt the new workflows you develop.
If you’re already an Asana user, you’ll be asked to log in before getting started. New Asana users will be enrolled in a trial.
How it works
1. Take the course
Get started by registering and paying the required course fee. The course features lessons that include demos, guided practice and knowledge checks.
We estimate it will take 8 – 10 hours to earn your Workflow Specialist certificate. Once you begin, you will have 90 days to complete both the lessons and exam.
2. Complete three hands-on projects
After finishing the course, you’ll apply what you learned in real-world scenarios built in your own Asana workspace.
3. Assess your knowledge
Earn your certificate by passing a 60-question final exam. It’s designed to verify your knowledge of designing and implementing team-wide workflows. You must score at least an 80% on the exam to receive your certificate.
