  • did you see the new shipping rates ? Iherb no longer offer $4 Australia post shipping

Just a heads up, free shipping is only for orders over $60 USD.

Otherwise its like $12+ for a 0.06 lbs (0.03 kg) item

    • yeah - I've already given them 'feedback' on their new pricing strategy (removing multiple unit purchases, reducing the loyalty credit etc)

The worst part about the new pricing/shipping changes is that its very easy to go over the Australia Post weight/size limit meaning not only do you have to pay for postage, you have to pay for postage on 2-3 orders or pay $60 for a courier.

Edit: Actually I didn't realise as of yesterday everything over $60 has free shipping I think? Looks like they listened to customers.

    • I found a AU$5.35 and a AU$1.34 shipping rate for two light items. It's trial and error with the shipping, it makes no sense, add an item and the shipping can decrease.

Anyway, yeah iHerb have pretty much eliminated the main reason to shop there, cheap or free shipping. I'm finding it hard to get a $80+ order in under the weight limit (mainly due to buying food items). Plus, I don't want to spend $80 anyway!

I can only imagine the changes to the rewards program (ie. death of) will help their bottom line in the short term but will effect their sales majorly in the long run. RIP iHerb.

    • what did you order

      • 3 x Natural Factors, B12, Methylcobalamin, 5,000 mcg, 60 Chewable Tablets

    • Free shipping is now over $60.. How did you get it below $60?

  • Ticked the box under Aus post shipping, it has been sent,
