I'm wondering how the PC side of this works. Almost every PC game now has a non-transferable single-use online registration code. That's great if you're the first renter but what happens to the rest?
Hi chris, due to that exact reason as well as copyright issues in Australia, PC games cannot be rented. Rental plans are only for Console based games, PS2 & 3, Xbox360, Wii, DS and PSP.
The bad thing about this is that you probably won't get the hot new releases that you actually want to play, simply because they don't have enough to cater for everyone.
so is this experience, or a baseless assumption? just wondering :)
better off with eb deals were you sellit back 1 week after new release keep a game for 2 months and you effectively bought it!!
