Even on an eBay sale? Don't they have to supply tracking evidence to paypal if you put in a dispute?
It was through website. The point is, ss denied fault and stopped responding to me. It was just a memory card and I ended up giving up

I think for trivial items they are volume dependent …. Phone normally needs to be signed for on delivery ……Even when free delivery from the other Chinese market places

Umm, just got their reply. Since it's directly shipped from HK (grey imported), the price doesn't include GST. Sad.
Apparently they 'adjust invoice' so you will not be liable for gst when item comes into Australia
