$184 is a fantastic price for that modular. I bought it a few weeks ago after getting the detective office and the brick bank. I think out of all three, I had the most fun with the restaurant, there were lots of interesting techniques and pieces. My next favourite would be the detective office.

Actually EV3 Mindstorms is a better deal.. at 20% (more with cashrewards) and already $20 below RRP.
