The problem I see is this:

Price reverts to $9.95 per month after the first 6 months

Nobody wants to go through the hassle of changing website hosts in 6 months, and you're banking on that. For small websites looking for cheap hosting I would recommend Zuver at $3/month normal ongoing price or VentraIP using one of their 75% off codes.

    Great stuff. "$20 prepaid in advance every 6 months, ongoing price" is a much better offer - effectively $3.33/month. And in fairness the inclusions are better than Zuvers for $3/month.

I use Netregistry to host about 5 Wordpress sites for my clients' sites. It's extremely slow. Editing/updating pages in the backend takes ages to navigate and save. I've optimised the sites to the max so I know it's the web servers. I'm in Perth, they are on east coast. Can you assure me that I won't have this issue with DreamIT ?
