why do they do this?
what do they gain ?
Your details for a very easy phishing scam… ie don't pay with PayPal, pay through this other site we just linked to
Because many people buy the item using PayPal and some people don't file PayPal disputes when item is not received and so the dodgy seller ends up with a little bit of money for a little bit of work.
and that feedback was them buying. they have no seller feedback for over a year.
shouldn't have mentioned it here. bargain price, bought 5
Now they are sold out, thanks.
Great to see store in title
Was just on Ebay and saw this. $20 for a controller seems way too fishy. Free shipping from United States as well puts up big red flags.
What is the purpose of these types of listings on Ebay? I could buy using PayPal knowing I have Buyer's Protection but I can't be stuffed.
For all I know it could be a legit listing and I've lost a pretty good deal, but I'm not completely bothered.
What do you guys think?
See here for pretty much the exact same question posed only just yesterday
Ahh thanks makes sense, I don't frequent the forums much.
Fake.
