First post here. Been looking around for a decent sub and this has some good reviews and its Klipsch reference range. Ordered mine and it's on its way through UPS express saver. Used my Citi debit card so no international transaction fees. The lowest I could find in Australia is $755 delivered.

is it the price for the Klipsch R-10 SW or klipsch r-12 in your title? it seems the r-10 is cheaper. which one better?
R-10 is in the title. Others are more poweful but unfortunately, Amazon will not deliver to Australia. Probably due the weight and high shipping costs.
The reviews on the dedicated audio sites aren't very flattering for this. Anyone actually have one of these?

Pleasure and yup they are pricey and I didn't want to break the bank to buy a sub-woofer. Amazon's turnaround time seems super fast too as I placed the order on 27th and the package was in Botany Australia yesterday. Should receive this Tuesday morning and I'll post my first impression then. Can't wait to hook this one up to my 7.2 rig. :)

Do I need a power transformer for this sub? Been wanting to buy a new sub to replace my dead Paradigm ps1200 sub.
