Normally it should be AU$67, then the HOT code should take it down to $58, plus the $2 digital shipping (first I hear of this…) so that's $60. Why am I charged $5 extra?

It's a big gamble just assuming that Sony is still making Playstation products by then, or that PS+ is still around in its present form. Maybe it will go back to being free some day. Maybe they'll discontinue giving freebies. Then you're left paying for nothing.
I certainly don't think you'll be getting free Vita and PS3 games in 2034.
Yeah, probably will get free PS8 games in 2034 when PS9 has been launched.
