    looking over the ad again, no point did it say the game is region locked, feeling a bit crap now.
    Plan A) Once i can verify myself i think i will be contacting amazon to see if they will supply a solution.
    Plan B) sell the Cd key on eBay?

    finaly got my region changed.. still can't activate.
    seems like it's Ip based.
    connect via vpn and was able to add the game.

  I did some research and most watchdog promo seems to be only for the US.
  I ask ubi to change my region, hopefully that goes through. otherwise just have to create another account.
  will be annoying have to use 2 accounts.
