  • Thanks OP. I was disappointed when the 20% did not eventuate, but this is quite good. Brisbane Airtrain $21.25 beats shuttlebus services ($36)

bought 5 of this on the last deal 1 of the white shirt i bought already have a hole in upper shoulder, the stitches came loose probably, thats after 4 or 5 machine wash

I bought 4 everlast t shirts from sports direct earlier this year. One of them stitches came loose in the shoulder and side. Didn't have a problem with the other 3.

It happens, doesn't mean the product is bad.

      • +1

It does actually but they all are bad these days. Unless you spend a lot more, and even then sometimes, the quality is crap.

Back in the day, you could not kill a T Shirt, the cloth was thicker, stronger and easier to iron as well. Now they are made of paper.

        • I've bought a bunch of Gildan Ultra Cotton t-shirts and they seem to be lasting really well, despite loads of abuse. My stash was getting smaller and I thought my wife might be chucking some out for some reason, but it turns out they now fit my son, so he's been nicking them. I get them from www.clothes2order.com in the UK. If you buy a decent amount it works out around $5-6 per shirt including delivery.

Because there is always a negativity seen at Christmas?

  • Time to buy some supreme patches

  • I just ordered and noticed the description as "Gildan Style" shirts. Can you confirm if these are actually Gildan branded? otherwise this changes the whole value proposition for me…
