Wow, the website is pretty terrible. Went through about 20 or so pages using various filters to find 'rolling pin'. Initial search brings up lipsticks, women's underwear, men's ties……

Does anyone know what HS is like if you try to return item bought online after looking at it? Straight refund? Can take to store for simple transaction?

As counter-example, I tried to return something to Tree of Life and they couldn't refund on weekend because their system didn't have connection to online payment method ie. paypal. Had to make a second trip to store during the week to get refund.
Some retailers can have quirky practices.

Yes, and the Manager who was working in store on weekend said she need to tell head office to change their website faq to reflect the limitation and save customers a trip.
