Cheapest double SIM smartphone?

Hi folk…

Does anyone know a cheap (under $60?) double SIM smartphone? I don't care if it is locked to a specific network.

Telstra 4GX Smart & 5GB Data selling for $39.00 (RRP ~70ish)

But it is only single SIM

  • I want to use the new phone as the second and third phones, hence looking for other options.
  • There are some used cheap ones in Ebay but I prefer new (bad experience with short-dated IMEI on second hands)…

Yes, its getting to the point everyone needs a few phones and more than a few accounts. That way it's possible to legally verify where you were at some point in the past (or are before they send a drone to take you out)!

Maybe things have changed, but on any potential 'burner' candidate I consider, I'd be keenest to know is how easy it is to get contacts, Personal, SMS and call data in and out by USB. A lot of them used to not do it, or require desktop software or cloud sharing that makes the process hard, or extracting the source data near impossible, etc.

A lot of dual sims are only 2 g on one of the sims. 2g has shut down here now.
Make sure you check for that.

a lot of cheap dual sim phones only do 2G on the second slot.

This makes them practically useless now since Telstra and Optus don't have 2G broadcast anymore.

Hence I've replaced my mum's old Huawei with a Moto G4 (Plus) (cost: $319 AUD) and my uncle is getting an upgrade from Xiaomi Note 2 to a Xiaomi Mi Max (cost: $199 USD)
