Best Sim Card for Child Going into High School?

Child boy is going into high school next year, and want to get him a sim card so he can call and also a little bit of data when necessary.

What is the best option on the market for this? Long term sims? or 10/month sims??

  I have services with both OVO & Jeenee, no complaints with either, IMHO the choice comes down to just a matter of choosing the best individual plan for your particular use OP! ;)
