What CPUs does it take? This mobo is only worth anything if you can get a cheap CPU and RAM.
As above. It is too old, so can't call it bargain.
PLEASE NOTE: None of the current CPUs listed on our site here are supported by this motherboard, please dont order an AM2 CPU from our site with this board with the expectation of compatibility - we have no compatible CPUs for this board.
Well might not be useful to some I guess but its exactly what I was after for a spare CPU hanging around my place, pretty cool thats its new as I was close to springing for a used one off ebay. So whilst not a bargain in your eyes xuqi and co above I am absolutely STOKED!!!! Hope they ship fast can finally get the missus off my back and another spare machine built!!! Thanks poster.

@salekhard: ROFLMAO!
Lol, you order this cheap board with a sata cable, $5 RAM stick, and floppy disk, so that you can buy WIndows 7 OEM.
LOL
Hmm my old amd systems used ddr1 ram and had pci-e.
They broke so if I were to get this i'd need to buy new ram and get an old agp gfx card. Think i got one from my old p4 system which broke also..What is the difference between "Brand New" and "New". I've never understood the difference?
New = New
Brand New = New touched by a hot iron
Brand Spanking New = New, touched by a hot iron, then a heavy hand across it's rear
Almost New = any of the above, but then touched by someone else
Near New = it sat on a shelf next to a new item, but isn't really new
Brand New with Ticket = New, but it's got such an ego, it's got tickets on itselfCheers!
while a reasonable price, it's extremely outdated. can't see much use for it
