    • Theres always the $3 gimbals on ebay if you want the cheap version :P
      But yeah i agree better off going with JB if you want the proper gimbal

      While 400m is not that impressive, it is more than enough to operate this RPA (UAV) within CASA guidelines. This is hardly a commercial grade unit and not really suitable for FPV as that would require a MAAA membership anyway.

      From the CASA website;

      Be able to see the aircraft with your own eyes (rather than through first-person-view [FPV, binoculars, telescopes]) at all times, (unless you operate under the procedures of an approved model flying association.

      And I seriously doubt you would be able to see this with the unaided eye at over 400m and most of the people who would buy this are most likely novice flyers and it is made with that in mind.
