I don't trust them. I have seen a samsung LCD go in price by more than 10% on a day they had 10% store sale.

We got a 40" EX500 from RT Edwards in QLD for $1140 about 2 months ago, so a saving of $40… It is an awesome TV though, picture through the tuner is good, been watching the world cup on it without any screen trails from the ball, the USB dixv movie playback is brilliant. Other half's favourite feature is that it has a large off/on button on the back of the remote (go figure!!). Thinking about getting another, but larger screen for media room.
Usually the haggling down price is around 15% anyway. Doubt you'd be able to haggle it down much more, but maybe get some stuff thrown in?

Yes, the 55" EX500 would be a super deal (want one pretty badly) but noone has any stock, ETA is 30July - that means you won't get the PS3 as you have to submit serial number by 26 July….
Really sucks if you ask me…
