      None of them use Samsung batteries, these are the 18650 lithium battery cells.

    They are fine in QLD, though they need to be 10kmh speed limited, so may depend if this can be limited in firmware or if the mentioned 10k limit is just one of the selectable 3 speeds

      There are 3 speed settings and one of which is 10km/h so it would be able to be used in QLD.
