    Thanks OP!

    • Thanks a lot :)

  • Thank OP. Got one

  • Ok so after reading that others were successful, I was on my phone and changed to the 'classic' site and I was able to order one. Thanks OP.

  • Managed to get one - think ozbargained now since my second attempt is failing..!

Thanks OP. Managed to order 1. Hope they won't cancel my order. Just in case if they decided to do so, my backup plan is to walk in to Officeworks store and ask them to price match Harvey Norman price of $97 - 5% price beat guarantee ($92.15) if they still have stock available.

no heart rate. mi band 2 still the best IMO

    • Any deal going for that and how much?

      • market price is AUD 30-38 delivered from china.

        • Thanks. I could see that from Zapals for $31
          Not sure about shipping.
Has anyone used them and if can compare both other than the heart rate monitor?

  • How do u know if u need a small or large one?

  • If it doesn't work, try collecting at a different store. I had problems with ordering a large at the Epping store but then was successful when changing to West Ryde store. Subsequently ordered a small size for the missus at West Ryde store and failed, but was successful when I changed to the Mosman store. Means I just have to go to two different stores to pick up.

Went for a hunt for some bands as I swapped the one I got from Rebel Sport for $160 for one from Officeworks. My mother wants a plum coloured one so I'm trying to find a band that isn't $50. On my online travels found that Big W have this for $99, might be worth a look if Officeworks isn't coming through.

Pretty attractive band, pity about the lack of HR.

    • Could get a smartwatch with HR, and use the Fitbit as a full time activity and sleep tracker. Watch could do the same but you aren't always going to want to sleep with a watch on. The Fitbits look cool too, they make you look like you aren't just an Internet obsessed slob.

      • Also need to take into consideration that HR usually brings down the battery life by heaps.

        • Yeah, you gotta factor in a charge every two days with Apple Watch in my experience, if I actually used the workout mode I'd probably need to do it daily.

        • True, but my Mi Band 2 lasts about 6 days (everything enabled) which is roughly the same as the Alta. I reckon they could have squeezed it in.

  • not sure if expired. everytime i go through to paypal to make payment it says deal is expired.

get the following message when I check out.

This item isn't available in the requested quantity. It may have been purchased already, or the listing has expired.

  • does this display heartrate?

    • No, this doesn't have HR.

      • THANKS

  • Good price but sold out, might be worth updating the post name

  • Looks like they caught on…. and actually disabled the listing.
took them 2hours and a half to catch on to this rouge listing. haha

  • Office works Chadstone vic have them at $98 only plum, back, aqua and some blue. 18 left.

  • I got one Blue from Officeworks Bourke St in the CBD. They didn't have that many left; IIRC a few Black and Teal. The Blue that I got was originally identified online as unavailable, but they had a couple in stock. If you go to the shelves, it would still state $179, but when you pay it at the register it would come up as $98. A good buy for me considering I lost my Garmin VivoSmart recently

  • Thanks OP. I went to get this at OW but ended up getting Moto G4 Plus 16GB for $285 (price beat with android-enjoyed.com)

  • Office works Chadstone vic have them at $98 only plum, back, aqua and some blue. 18 left.

  • Placed an order via ebay with the additional discount.

Accidentally ordered a small when a large was obviously what I needed.

Picked up in store, and the counter staff had no problem doing an exchange. Walked out of the shop with the right size.

Staff were hammered with holiday shoppers and the girl that served me was doing 8 things at once but still sorted me out super quick.

Now I just have to learn to eat less.
