    Does this work for existing customers? I mean, is it possible to purchase additional 12 months for my existing hosting service?

        Which is why you always turn off auto-renew and cancel/transfer on the last days of service if you can. Companies want sign ups, not loyalty.

          To be fair on VentraIP, they held a Customer Appreciation week recently, which included discounts on renewals.

    I've been with these guys for 4 years now and I first signed up around that time when there was a free full year of hosting that they offered. It's pretty good, they keep their server software up to date and I've only ever had one notice of downtime when they upgraded their servers. I use Zuver to host my portfolio site and also another hobby site as well with their addon domains which is nice. I tried calling their support number once to ask them something and the wait time was pretty short and the guy was helpful.
