Their prices are comparatively much higher than Big W or Target's clearances.
Yeah I agree, but your not going to get a collectors edition at Big W or Target.
It's funny how Metal Gear collector's was $68 the other day at EB, and now they've doubled it's price for their 'sale'.
Probably only worth it in store, see last games thread, they have a new stock system and most of the cheap games have little or no stock and orders get cancelled or you pay more to ship what's left.
This…. pc game sale last week had 6 items ordered. 1 came, 5 canceled and I paid $9 shipping.
Coincidentally I got one game from 5 items too, with no shipping discount. They told me they now ship directly from stores, which means they would take a loss if shipping several low value items from different locations…
If I was cynical I could see an opportunity for them to clear stock and make a profit by charging $8 shipping which should be about $2-$3 and then just cancelling other items.

Tried to order games, got "no stock available" after providing CC details and clicking confirm. A complete waste of time trying to determine if they actually have stock.
There are some rare/hard to find ones hidden away in there for $7 - not a total waste but I'm hoping they haven't plastered them with stickers. Aside from it being EB, it's on of the things I hate about them.
